Lead Trial Counsel

John Y. Igarashi, Esq., has practiced employment and business litigation for over eighteen years. Mr. Igarashi has built his practice by integrating a solid foundation of zealous trial advocacy, with cost-conscious litigation strategy and the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Mr. Igarashi is admitted to practice before all State and Federal trial and appellate courts within California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court Bar.

Mr. Igarashi received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Other trial advocates emerging from Loyola Law School have included Johnnie Cochran, Robert Shapiro, and Ed Masry (portrayed in the movie “Erin Brockovich.”)

Mr. Igarashi has published legal articles for the education of his peers, including articles appearing in publications by the Consumer Advocates of California and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Igarashi has also taught continuing education classes in litigation strategy for the education of other trial advocates.

Mr. Igarashi maintains memberships in professional organizations including, among others, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA/AAJ), the National Employment Lawyers’ Association (NELA), the California Employment Lawyers’ Association (CELA), the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), and American Mensa Limited (MENSA).
